The Kesla 18RH roller harvester and the Kesla 18RHS push harvester are powerful harvester heads for thinning.
The feed and cutting capacity is unusually high in relation to the size. The Kesla 18RH and Kesla 18RHS are best suited for applications where the average trunk diameter is less than 25 cm. The gripper opens a maximum of 40 cm.
Thanks to its compact design, the Kesla harvester head can also handle curved logs with ease.
Accessories available include Hydcon measuring rollers, marking, automatic chain tensioning and stick handling.
Felling machines with a wheeled chassis and an operating weight of 7-10 tons are recommended as carrier vehicles for the Kesla 18RH and 18RHS models.
